Chairman
He has over 40 years of experience in the hand-knotted rug industry. Mr. Nadeem A. Malik had his humble beginning at the young age of 16, where he worked for his father inspecting wool and every other aspect of making a beautiful carpet.
In 1998, Mr. Nadeem started his own business by the name of Asiatics, which rose to become the largest exporter of hand-made carpet in Pakistan. His accomplishments include 2x LCCI businessman of the year award in 2006 and 2007.

Same as his father Isa N. Malik forwarded his father’s Rug Business. In the heart of Lahore, Pakistan, Natalia Rugs emerged as a beacon of tradition and innovation.
At the age of 17, Isa officially joined the family business, bringing fresh energy and innovative ideas to Natalia Rugs. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant colors and intricate patterns of the rug world, Isa inherited his father's passion and determination.
From an early age, he showed a keen interest in the family business, spending hours observing the craftsmanship and soaking in the wisdom passed down from generation to generation.
